Customer Success Manager
The whole process was easy, clear, and well put together. The team was really friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond, which made every part of it simple, efficient, and not stressful at all from the beginning to the end. It felt like a very approachable process.
- Can you explain the strong ROI impact of your current business activities?
- How are your daily activities focused on delivering value and continuously improving?
- How do your well-developed negotiation skills lead to better outcomes and stronger, long-term partnerships?
Customer Success Manager
I first spoke with HR, then had an interview with the CSM Manager, and then with the head of CSM. There was supposed to be another round with a larger group involving mock situations, but after the 3rd interview, HR let me know they went with someone else. They were pretty responsive though.
- Can you describe a challenging scenario where a customer expressed a desire to leave?
- What is your experience with localization?
Customer Success Manager
The first interview was a quick 15-20 minute phone call with a senior team member, who was very friendly. After that, I got an email the next day saying I was moving on. The next interviews were 2-30 minute chats with two more senior people, which felt really good, like I was already part of the team. They seemed excited about the company and the role, but they didn't really check my skills for a junior role and asked questions that felt too advanced. I sent follow-ups after, but then got a generic rejection email 10 days later with no explanation. I tried to follow up for feedback but got no response. The whole process felt superficial and disappointing, especially since I've been interested in the company for over a year and had a much better experience interviewing for a different role before. My suggestion is to be more responsive and tailor questions to the seniority level you're hiring for.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a tough client situation in your translation work.
