Presentation Designer
The recruiter and the manager were nice. The last interview was a bit long, almost an hour, but it was cool to learn about the team and for them to see if I'm a good fit for the role and team vibe.
- As an animal, which one would you be?
Presentation Designer
The recruiters and interviewers are nice and respectful. They don't grill you, but rather chat openly about your skills, what you're looking for, and the company culture. The process is pretty quick, usually just 1-3 steps, and they don't waste your time with pointless tests or long waits. They're also good about scheduling around your availability.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Presentation Designer
Started with an HR chat, then I had a design challenge where I had to use provided assets in PowerPoint and stick to certain limits. After that, there was an English test through a third-party site, and finally, a wrap-up interview with HR and some other folks from the company.
- If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
