Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

I applied online for the Business Development Associate position. After not hearing back for two weeks, I followed up via email. The hiring manager then scheduled a phone screen. The phone screen went okay, but I didn't hear back. I sent another follow-up email, and he invited me to the office for interviews with him and other team members. I had a couple of in-person interviews with various people. During these, they mentioned my salary expectations were high but that equity might be negotiable. I also interviewed with two people from different teams for cultural fit. After another week of waiting, I followed up again. The hiring manager then set up a phone interview with another team member. After that call, I was told the hiring manager would be in touch. Two weeks passed, and I had to follow up again. The hiring manager finally told me I wasn't a fit for the team at this time. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication about updates and compensation, especially for a smaller company.

Behavioral Technical Group

I sent in my application online and then got a phone interview about two weeks later. After that, I went to their LA office for a technical interview just three days later. I met with two different groups of two people. The first group had the business development manager and another intern, and the second group had two other employees. They seemed friendly and asked typical questions. They also asked about my interests and said they didn't seem to match their work culture, which I thought was unprofessional.
