First an interview with HR, then a three hour long interview with the technical team, scrum team, and engineering leader, and another interview at the end to review compensation and details about the job description, benefits etc.

HR did an initial screening, then I had an hour-long technical interview with a senior employee. The final interview was supposed to be 2-3 hours and cover both technical and behavioral aspects. HR mentioned the team wanted to schedule it but had scheduling conflicts for about 3 weeks due to engineer availability. After about 4 weeks, HR finally gave me a time slot for the final interview, but less than 24 hours before it was supposed to happen, they told me all offers had been sent out and my interview was cancelled. From my perspective, this seems like bad management by the company/higher-ups; they should at least do all the interviews before deciding on offers. My advice to candidates is to try and schedule or push for interviews as early as possible because this company seems to operate on a first-come, first-served basis. My advice to employers is to have the decency to complete all interviews, as candidates invest weeks in the process, and it's really disappointing to have your final interview cancelled so last minute.

It was a 15 min phone interview, then a tech interview round, and a final round that was tech + behavioral. The whole thing took over 4 weeks. HR gave feedback after the rejection letter, which was nice.
