The interview experience was good. The HR team was nice. The first interview was a candidate screening. After that, there were two technical interviews which mainly focused on basic circuit questions like RC circuits and filters. The engineering managers were very nice and helpful when answering the technical questions.

I had a virtual interview for a position on the RFIC team as part of campus recruitment. The interview focused heavily on LNA-related topics. Although I felt I performed well, I ultimately did not receive an offer. I'm unsure if the company genuinely intended to hire, or if some interviewers provided negative feedback to protect their positions. I've heard from others that this practice occurs. However, I did secure offers from other top-tier companies. My acquaintances who have interned or worked here often leave or don't return after their internships. One person even explicitly advised against joining, stating, 'If you don’t want to work with the jerks, don’t join.' Other feedback mentioned low engineer quality and significant office politics, suggesting that top candidates prefer other companies.

The interview process was on-site. A VP invited me in, and then I spoke with several people, including design engineers, a manager, and another group lead. It's worth noting that the specific VP and manager I met with are no longer with Skyworks, as the company tends to shuffle people around quite a bit.
