There were 3 interviews scheduled about 1-2 weeks apart. The first one involved submitting answers to questions without an interviewer present. Everyone was really nice and direct, and the whole process felt very organized.

The interview process was long and involved tasks with their software and writing a basic professional email. They really tried to present it as not being a call center role. I learned there are no benefits for students, even if working full-time during the summer, and they wouldn't accommodate a summer university schedule. When I asked questions about the job or company culture, they were very vague and just repeated the job description, which felt like a red flag. They were also taken aback when I said I couldn't give my current job only two weeks' notice.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and then waited around three weeks to hear back. I got a generic response about them still reviewing applications, so I figured I was out of luck. Turns out they're just super slow there. I got an email later that week for an interview. The first interview was with a director or VP of customer service. The second one, a week later, was with the customer service branch manager in Wisconsin, and they asked the exact same questions. The third interview was a really quick, casual chat with the CEO, which felt more like a formality for him. HR had all my paperwork ready before I even sat down. The interviewers felt kind of distant, very formal and business-like. No small talk, just straight into the questions after introductions.
