The interview process at Skyscanner was a multi-stage journey spanning a few months. It really challenged me on my design skills, project management, awareness of industry trends, and why I wanted to join. The whole thing felt really organised and complete. They kept me updated on timings and what to expect at each step. The recruiter, Sameer Muratza, was a big help, keeping me informed about feedback and how to prep. He was open to talking about my career goals and helped me figure out if the job was a good fit. I also liked how upfront they were about the offer. He was clear, supportive, and professional, making it less stressful. All in all, it was a clear, suitably challenging process for this level of company, and I actually enjoyed it.

Got the invite for interview pretty quicky, after first interview (with HR) the expertise interview (2 and 3) touched lots of points on problems solving and design process, outcome, as well as general discussion about the industries (guess that side is more about personalities) Overall it feels professional!

I got an email for the first Skype interview, but the interviewer was 15 minutes late. The interview, which lasted about 20 minutes, felt rushed with many questions starting with "Tell me about a time when...". It seemed like they weren't really listening to my answers. I got a rejection email the next day, which came from a no-reply address.
