Digital Marketing Manager
First, a recruiter screened me, then I spoke with the hiring manager. The questions were fair and focused on whether I'd fit the role, not abstract company stuff. It was a pretty chill and thorough chat. I just didn't feel it was the right fit for me.

Growth Marketing Manager
The whole interview thing took like a month, starting from the first call and ending with the interviews in Edinburgh. There were 3 calls/skype sessions, and then 4 interviews all on the final day. Everyone was nice, but it felt a bit messy. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and I had to repeat myself a lot. The worst part was getting the confirmation for the Edinburgh interviews super late, like 4 days before, which made planning tough with my current job. I also had to do this dataset analysis and a 45-minute presentation, which took time. I ended up working on it at the airport and in my hotel room because of the short notice. They were good about expenses though. Overall, it was decent, but they really need to sort out their HR organization.

Marketing Manager
It was such a long and awful process. I had to go through 6 interviews for 4 months and each time when they are trying to schedule interview it would take forever to get response from HR. Also I had to throw a big presentation and the feedback took forever to get after while which made me feel used up. My last interview was about deep dive on digital marketing questions and it was the worst interview I've ever had in my life. The interviewer was literally reading a question paper in front of her in a very obvious way and as she had some language barrier.... kept asking until she understand my responses. I was very disappointed after these interviews and also HR person called me to tell me the result and the comments were very weird such as "you are too confident and we don't have much resource to train you for the position". Overall it was such a stressful process for 4 months and I learned the lesson that hiring process really represent the company culture. Whoever is considering to apply I wish you a big luck and lower your standard before you start the process.
