So, there were 2 rounds for a grad position (this was about 2 years back). First, a phone screen, and then a full day event which included a group presentation, some 1:1s for technical skills, and 1:1s for culture fit. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a call from HR, then had a few calls with leaders. After that, there was an on-site interview. The hiring manager seemed cool, but the office vibe was really quiet and down. I was flown out to meet everyone, but most people I was supposed to meet weren't even in the office, so most meetings were over video. I was told my honesty was a reason I didn't get the job, and that politics is expected there.

Behavioral Case Presentation Group

It started with a phone call where they asked simple questions about personality and some basic scenario questions. After that, we moved on to a half-day assessment centre. This included a group presentation and an individual case study, both conducted by Marketing Line managers. The group presentation was meant to see how well you work in a team and how much initiative you take. The individual case study was to check how quickly you can think on your feet.
