Intern
You went through two phone interviews for this job. You probably talked to different people, like a recruiter, the hiring manager, or someone on the team. These interviews were on the phone and were meant to see if you had the right stuff, skills, and if you'd be a good fit. They might have asked about your background, what you can do, and how you could help the company. These calls were just the first step before anything else.
- Can you tell me what made you want to apply for this role?
Intern
Discovery day in the capital included a team exercise and a coding interview question of average difficulty. Overall it was a great interview process and the company culture is great. I would recommend interviewing with them.
- A coding interview question was asked, along with a team exercise.
Intern
The interview process was really chill and more about you as a person. It had a group interview, a technical one focusing on architecture (not whiteboard coding), and a behavioral interview with lots of scenario questions. Lunch with the team was included, which was cool to meet everyone.
