I went through the prescreen question interview which took about 30 minutes and the separate 1.5 hour technical interview, and all went well. Then there was another interview with 3 people who asked me personal questions about my life. Then they came to the conclusion that my work experience was not working in a team environment, which is far from the truth. I could have given them references of all my jobs for the last 12 years and proved that all I have been working on was in teams in my career except for the one where I was a consultant. Their conclusions about my work habits and interactions with others were wrong.

The whole process usually starts with a phone screen where you'll tackle some technical questions related to the job. Then, there's a cultural interview to see if your values align with the company and what the company is all about. If both sides feel good after that, you'll move on to a technical interview to check your job performance skills. If that goes well, you'll have an expectations meeting where you and Skyline talk about what you both expect from the job, and then decide if you'll join. They also have a DISC assessment, but it's just for communication during your time there and doesn't affect whether you get the job. It's a bit of a long process, but it's meant to make sure you and the company are on the same page about everything, and that just takes time.

It's a multi-step process. You start with a phone screen, that has about 10 basic knowledge questions. Then there's a 1-2 hour cultural interview. After that, another in-depth cultural interview to really dig into your technical knowledge depth. If you pass the technical part, you move to an expectations interview. This is where they talk about your 30, 60, and 90-day goals. They'll probably also discuss a start date at this interview.
