The interview process included a group discussion and a one-on-one interview. I made a great impression on the head of department who interacted directly with us to understand our willingness to participate. The one-on-one interview was very psychological and attitudinal. They asked classic questions about how I handle stressful situations and then about the product.

The interview process was very thorough and the communication was excellent. It started with online pre-qualification questions that were situational. Then, a recruiter called to discuss skills, experience, and achievements to see if I was a good fit for the next stage. After that, I was invited to a first assessment centre which included a group discussion with time limits and a 1-2-1 Business Line interview. The second assessment centre focused on coaching style and technique, with two scenarios. I started this in February 2012 and received the offer recently. Since this is for a new flagship centre opening in August 2012, they're making sure they hire the right people. The communication was great throughout, and the whole experience was very positive.

Primo colloquio conoscitivo tramite call. Nessuna delle persone presenti aveva la telecamera accesa, alcune di esse non si sono nemmeno presentate. Colloquio molto formale e impostato. Sembrava un interrogatorio. Complessivamente la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa.
