The interview process went very smoothly, and I was impressed with how friendly and approachable the hiring manager was. The questions were reasonable and not too difficult, which helped me feel more at ease. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience that left a good impression on me. I have no complaints and feel satisfied with how everything went.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?

I sent in my application online and had to complete a questionnaire that was like a decision tree for customer service situations. Then, I was asked to record myself answering questions about my skills. For this part, you get 30 seconds to prep and then it starts recording you for 2 minutes per question. A couple days later, I got invited to a video interview, which was the last step. This included an intro to the role, about 40 minutes of competency questions, a decision tree exercise, and a role-play where I had to act as a customer service advisor taking a call. I had 15 minutes to get ready for the role-play and was given a guide. The role-play itself took about 10 minutes. About 5 days after that, I got the job offer.
- What makes you enthusiastic about Sky?
- Can you share an example of a challenging problem you resolved?
- In your opinion, what defines excellent customer service?

The interview process was quite drawn out and mentally stressful, taking about three weeks. It started with an online computer test, followed by a phone interview, and then a Sky Experience Day. During the Experience Day, I was placed in an interview room with individuals who had prior experience at Sky and seemed very knowledgeable. We also received a brief tour of the facility. Ultimately, despite this extensive and demanding process, I did not receive a job offer. I was also asked if they could perform a credit check, which I found unusual for this role.
- There's a wide range of questions that will be asked.
