First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sky Zone.
Cashier
I sent my application online and then got a call a few days later to set up an interview. It was a group interview, and the manager would switch up the questions a bit as they talked to us around the room, which was good because it meant no one felt pressure to repeat an answer that someone else already gave. If you can smile, laugh, and show you'll be responsible and treat customers with respect, you should be fine. Also, make sure you speak clearly and loud enough to be heard. Mumbling or being quiet won't get you a callback. Since you'll be in a noisy place with music and screaming kids on weekends, make sure your voice is ready for it when you go to the interview.
- Describe how you would manage a situation with an upset customer whose child injured their ankle on the trampoline.
- What animal would you choose to be for a day?
- Please share your favorite song and perform a short part of it.
Cashier
I applied for the job and then a couple weeks after I got called in for an interview. I was asked some basic questions. Then I had a second interview with the general manager where I was asked the same questions. I was told I'd get a call back after they interviewed other people.
- What days can you work?
- Could you describe this place to someone who's never been here before?
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Cashier
I got there right on time, but the manager still welcomed me into his office. We sat and reviewed my application. We discussed the responsibilities of a cashier there. He asked me to introduce myself. The whole interview lasted about fifteen minutes. The manager was friendly and mentioned he'd follow up by the end of the week.
- What's your understanding of Sky Zone?
- What makes you want to work at this specific place?
- What is your availability like?
