First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sky Zone.
Program Experience Manager
This was a remote job. I had a phone screen with the recruiter. They said they'd call me back in a week, but I never heard from them.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?

- What's prompting your job search at this time?
Administrative Assistant
The process was great. I first got a call from the department head, we talked for about 5 minutes, and she invited me to interview at their corporate office the next day. I went for the interview, and they asked me some tough questions and a few unusual ones because their culture is very fun. Then, they had me take a compatibility quiz in a room. After that, I had an interview with the department head off-site at a Starbucks. Finally, I interviewed with HR and the CEO. The company culture seemed amazing, with a ping-pong table, stocked fridge, really nice people, casual dress code, and an open office. The only minor issue was my timing, as they were leaving town during my interviews.
- Can you tell me about a past work challenge and how you handled it?
Cashier
I got there right on time, but the manager still welcomed me into his office. We sat and reviewed my application. We discussed the responsibilities of a cashier there. He asked me to introduce myself. The whole interview lasted about fifteen minutes. The manager was friendly and mentioned he'd follow up by the end of the week.
- What's your understanding of Sky Zone?
- What makes you want to work at this specific place?
- What is your availability like?
Business Analyst
I submitted my resume online and a recruiter got in touch via email to find a time on her calendar. Then, we had a phone call. It was a pretty standard phone interview, and she was really nice. I was pleased because she followed up afterward to let me know they were going with another candidate. Often, you don't hear anything back after applying.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you go over your resume with me?
- Tell me about a project you were involved in.
