They were really thorough, which is good, but it made the interview process drag on for quite a while. There were over 6 interviews in total. Two of them were technical interviews, one done online and the other via a face-to-face video call. It's important to keep in touch with your recruiter because sometimes the process seems to stall. Don't hesitate to check in with them; everyone I interacted with was really nice. It took about 3 months from start to finish before I got the offer. I consistently had to schedule more interviews with people who seemed to be higher up or more directly involved with the role I was applying for. But like I said, the recruiters were great, offering useful insights and advice based on what they'd seen work for successful candidates.

The interview process was quite straightforward if you were prepared. It felt like they just went through a list of questions one after another, which wasn't the most engaging experience. However, after accepting the offer, the training period is really intense, and there's a threat of being fired if you don't meet specific test score, mock interview, or presentation requirements. I wouldn't suggest this company.
