So after I sent in my resume, a recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. They asked some basic questions to see if I had the experience and seemed like a good fit. Then the recruiter set up an in-person interview with a sales manager. It might be a panel interview with other applicants, but they mentioned there are multiple positions open, so you're not competing against each other for just one job. The interview itself was pretty relaxed, not as intense as I thought it would be.

I met the recruiter at a job fair and they set up an interview for the next week. A lot of people were there waiting to interview. We first had questions asked in a group setting, then we went to a classroom and listened to a tape of someone selling the services. Then we had to explain how we would sell it better.
