The interview process was pretty painless. I met with the Sales Manager, HR Director and VP of Sales en route to being hired as a Learning and Development Consultant for the Enterprise Team. I felt the offer was fair and commission structure allowed for the earnings I desired so I accepted. The onboarding process was a lot of job shadowing and personal interviews, and the real learning came providing service to the Fortune 1000 clients who rely on SkillPath for their professional development and emerging leadership training programs. Through understanding the catalog of offerings and the new digital platform, I was up and selling within 30 days.

I met the recruiter at a job fair and they set up an interview for the next week. A lot of people were there waiting to interview. We first had questions asked in a group setting, then we went to a classroom and listened to a tape of someone selling the services. Then we had to explain how we would sell it better.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How could your sales approach be more effective than the one presented by the person on the tape?
