Behavioral Presentation

First there was a phone interview with the recruiter. Then I had to do a mock QBR presentation and talk to a Senior Team member. The last part was an interview loop with Leaders, team members, and people from other teams. This 360 interview loop was great for meeting a lot of people, but the interviews themselves didn't give me enough time to ask the questions I needed to about the role. I came away feeling like they knew me really well, but I didn't know much about the company.

Behavioral Presentation

It started with a casual chat over coffee with the VP. Then, I had a phone screen with the team manager. After that, I did a presentation/demo for the manager. The final stage was a half-day loop with about 5-6 people from different departments, including the CTO/Co-Founder. Overall, the interview process was really thorough but moved quickly. I never felt like I was waiting around or had to chase people for updates. It was clear they put a lot of effort into making sure it was a good fit for both of us. The loop was the toughest part, mostly behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when...". The interviewers were never trying to trick me and asked thoughtful follow-up questions. What could have been a draining 4-hour interrogation felt more like interesting, casual conversations.

It was a three-step process: first an intro call with a recruiter, then a second call with the hiring manager where we did a mock QBR with role-playing Q&A, plus some behavioral questions. The last step was a 3-hour panel interview with 5-6 team members (CSMs, CS leadership, and people from adjacent teams). The QBR was the toughest part requiring a slide deck, but the Q&A was straightforward. The rest were pretty standard behavioral questions in a casual, conversational tone.
