I applied online and then HR called me for a background check. After that, I did some online written and personality tests. A week later, I had interviews with the managers. They asked questions based on my resume, but they kept interrupting me and asking questions one after another without letting me speak. The interview felt rushed and not very collaborative.

I went through 3 levels of interviews. First was a personal interview with the site team. Second was a technical interview with the project and site teams, where they also asked for my opinion. Finally, the last stage was the joining procedure, discussing salary breakup, payroll, incentives, and the job profile. The entire process happened on-site. For further HR contact, they reached out to me asking about my documents, benefits, and salary.

Group Behavioral

It was a challenging selection process, basically with two stages. The first stage was a group activity, and the second stage was an individual interview with the area manager. In the first stage, they talked about the company. In the second stage, they discussed what the intern does at SKF. The second stage was in English, so it's good to prepare a bit beforehand.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • In the second part, which was in English, the manager asked if I would prefer to work alone in a calm environment, concentrating on the activity, or if I would prefer a more dynamic environment with people talking, giving ideas, and disagreeing.
