Applications Engineer
I applied through the university portal and had a personal interview followed by a technical interview. I didn't hear back about an update, even after sending some emails. Felt very unprofessional.
- Technical questions regarding ball bearings were asked.
Applications Engineer
It started with a written test, which had about 50 technical questions, basically like GATE 2010 exams plus some numerical and reasoning ones. Then there was a group discussion on 'Nuclear Energy: Boon or Curse?'. After that, there were two technical interviews, followed by an HR interview where they asked about hobbies, family, extracurricular activities, interests, and salary expectations.
- Fundamentals of Strength of Material
- Fundamental of Machine Design
- Different Types of Driving Mechanism
Applications Engineer
We started with an initial screening, then moved to technical interviews focusing on product knowledge and problem-solving. After that, we went through practical application scenarios and cross-functional discussions. The final stage involved assessing job fit with managers and technical leadership at the job site.
