I arrived at the company and registered with security. I waited for the HR person who then asked me personal questions and about my experience. I haven't heard back yet about whether I got the job.

You can apply on the SKF careers site or get a referral from an inside friend. First, an HR representative will call you for general questions about your experience, location, and salary expectations. If the hiring manager shortlists your resume, HR will schedule a first-round interview on Teams. In this interview, the interviewer will ask technical questions and about your experience. If they are impressed, the next round is an analytical test, which is quite difficult to pass. There are no other chances. This test includes aptitude, reasoning, and psychology tests. After that, there's another interview with a senior recruiter on Teams. If it's a global position, they will call you for a face-to-face interview, and a European or US team member might be on the panel. If you are rejected, they will say sorry and keep your resume and history in their database. If accepted, you'll move to negotiations and joining date fixation. Before joining, a medical check-up at Apollo is mandatory.

It was a general interview with an HR round and a Technical Round. Since it was for an internship, it wasn't too overwhelming. The interviewers were open to my answers and weren't critical, but they did assess my performance fairly.
