Applied online and then the manager reached out to invite me to a group interview with about 10-20 other people. The regional manager was there. We did some group activities, and at the end, I had a one-on-one with a store manager. I had to fill out a sheet about my availability and experience. It was a good experience.

It was a really casual interview. They mostly asked me about my past work experiences and posed hypothetical scenarios to see how I'd handle them. They also asked about my willingness to cover other people's shifts, mentioning that being flexible with shifts, particularly during the Christmas season, would make me a stronger candidate.
