Product Specialist
The interview process was okay, but they expect you to already know their products and be able to think creatively to answer problem-solving questions. Dress nicely and study up on their products, including names and specific details. This is a formal interview, and you must be at least 18 because you'll likely work 30+ hours. Prior customer service or retail experience is a must.
- Tell me about your favorite shoe.
- What seems out of place with this display?
- How would you help a customer looking for a children's shoe with lights?
Product Specialist
First, you'll get a walkthrough of the store and some basic product knowledge. Then, we'll head to the window displays where you'll share your thoughts. After that, there's a role-playing activity where you'll try to sell a product to me, your interviewer. Finally, we'll sit down for some questions.
- What are your thoughts on the window displays and what catches your eye?
- What do you think of the window displays and what stands out?
- What do you think of the window displays, what stands out?
Product Specialist
The interview process was straightforward and not overly difficult. The assistant manager was friendly and the overall experience was professional. Just a heads-up, they aren't fans of gum chewing or brightly colored hair. They'll present you with various shoes and explain their types. It's a good idea to remember these details as they'll ask questions about them later.
- What did you notice about the display window?
- Could you tell me about the different types of shoes shown to you?
