The interview process is really long. Then, when you interview with the district or regional manager, it's super short and done over the phone. Both the manager and district manager avoided answering some questions I asked them. They also wouldn't give details about how the pay works, requesting time off, or how schedules are set up.

The recruiter reached out and we set up a call for the following week. The recruiting team was friendly and informative, and the conversation was pretty casual.
