I attended the Software Engineer Trainee interview on Sep 2025. The first round was aptitude and technical aptitude. The second round was coding with pen and paper. The third round was a technical interview. The fourth round was a general technical interview. The fifth round was with the CTO. It was very easy if you prepared well, and their recruitment process handling was also very good.

There were a couple of people on the interview board, I assume they must be working as juniors or might be the first time interviewers who were trying to interview for a senior position. The kind of questions put forth are good but they are expecting the answer (same text and content) as they read in some websites. The answer should be different from each candidate based on their experience, the interviewer is supposed to validate the answer but that's not the case here. Moreover there are no questions to test the attitude, communication, analytical skills and other interpersonal skills. They have taken some questions from the internet and asking the same which sounds silly.

A recruiter reached out to me, and then I went through 2 onsite interview rounds. The first was with the Product team, which was fine. The second was with the leadership team, and it was a bad experience. They kept me waiting and moved me around randomly, and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I had to give a presentation to the leadership team, which I did 3 days later. They seemed to like it and asked for a copy to share with people who weren't there. I was told I'd get good news the next day. The recruiter called the next day and said I didn't get the job because I didn't have enough development experience, even though it was a Product role. The whole process felt disorganized and the leadership team dishonest. My resume clearly shows my experience, and I mentioned it in the interviews. They were quick to ask for my presentation but lied about the role's requirements. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Its three Rounds excluding HR 1. Written(Apti & Testing) One or Two Aptitude questions Three questions on Testing one Test case question related to eCommerce Site 2. System Test(Manual for Freshers and Selenium Automation for Exp) Selenium test on one particular logic in their eCommerce Site Manual- Brief Test cases on particular scenario given(To be written in Excel) 3. Technical Oral 4. HR round. Interview time varies accordingly.
