Overall a smooth experience interviewing here. It was an easy interview process overall. The HR and other employees I interacted with were really helpful. The stock options are great, definitely better than the average in the industry. I'd really recommend more people to apply for jobs at this company.

It was quite a thorough process with 3 stages of interview. First was HR initial screening. Second was with senior HR and Operations executives. Third was with Project and account executives. Overall it took quite a long time because of the number of people who interviewed.
