The whole experience was super accommodating and made me feel comfortable speaking up. It had two parts: a virtual interview and an assessment centre. I couldn't make the assessment centre, so they gave me a separate video interview instead.

The whole recruitment thing had 4 steps: first, some online tests (maths and words stuff), then a video call where they asked 4 questions. After that, there was an assessment centre and then a final interview. Honestly, they told us everything clearly and it all went pretty smoothly.

Behavioral Technical

First, you have to send a lengthy response to their standard questions about why you love the position and what makes you a great fit etc., then they send you to an automated online assessment a few days later. The online assessment tests numerical and other personal skills, but is timed for about 3 minutes per question. This is a poor reflection on a company which should pride itself in their workers treating each problem with care instead of stressing through them as fast as possible as if their jobs depended on it.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you explain your enthusiasm for this role?
  • What qualities do you possess that make you suitable for this role?
  • Describe your approach to timed assessments that test numerical and personal skills.
