They really care about their core values, so definitely check out the 5 Zero's before the assessment day. You'll only talk to a senior person, and it's not split into separate technical or HR interviews. The assessment day itself included a company presentation, a group activity, a written situational judgement test, an interview, lunch, and a presentation task. Don't forget to ask for feedback, the HR team is super helpful with that, which really helped me understand why I didn't get an offer due to a visa issue.

I did an online application, then had some online tests which were logical, numerical, and verbal. After that, there was a skype interview that lasted about 15 minutes where I was asked 4 competency questions and 1 about the company. The final stage was an assessment centre, which was a good experience. It started with a 10-minute presentation, followed by a 45-minute interview and a 35-minute group exercise. There were 8 candidates and around 10-12 staff members assessing. They seemed friendly and interested in our backgrounds. I didn't get an offer because I didn't explain myself well enough in the interview, specifically not using the STAR technique.

The place was nice, but the people weren't very friendly. The HR asked me a bunch of inappropriate questions. It felt like a waste of time, and I wouldn't want to work somewhere that treats people like disposable items.

  • He asked if I had any issues working with women.
