After that, you'll spend 30 minutes with each of the four attorneys. You have the flexibility to choose between a virtual or in-person interview format.

I had 2 interviews. The first one was with a panel of 5 lawyers, and then the second one was with the partners. The first interview really dug into my CV, asking a lot of technical follow-up questions about the cases I had worked on. The questions came pretty fast, probably to see how I'd handle pressure, but it was still a polite and friendly chat. The partner interview was more about my interests, like why I'm into competition law and why I'm interested in this particular firm, and it felt more relaxed than the first one.
