First, you come in early and fill out some paperwork. Then, go to the front desk to sign in. From 12 to 1, everyone is on lunch. After that, you wait a bit and then take a math test about counting money, which is pretty easy. You have 15 minutes for the test, which has 10 questions: 6 about counting money shown and 4 word problems about giving change. Hand the paper back to the front desk. Then, you'll have an interview. If they like you, you'll go in for a second interview. The whole thing took about an hour.
- Are you able to work on weekends?
- What actions would you take if a customer you were serving was being rude?
- What would be your response if you observed an employee providing discounts without authorization?

I applied online and got a call about a month later. When I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes before taking the MathGen test, which had 10 very simple questions. Afterwards, I was in a room with about 30 other people applying for different jobs and waited for about 20-30 minutes. Then, I was called for the interview. The interviewer was very nice and asked about 10 questions on park safety and common sense, followed by about 10 retail-specific questions. She then offered me the job and sent me to HR to complete paperwork like the W-4 and background check, and I was told about my processing timeline and training dates.
- Can you define what 'friendly' means and list its characteristics?
- In a situation where someone spilled something, would you be inclined to clean it up?
- Which store is your favorite?

The interview process was super easy! I just came in, signed up, and then waited to be called back with some other people. We had a group interview where we all took turns answering the same questions. Then, we played Jenga, which was pretty funny! After that, two people were asked to leave because they didn't make the cut, and the rest of us moved on to the next part. We had to do a quick math test to see if we were good enough for a role that handles money. I only missed one question, so they offered me either a Guest Relations or a Rides position. I picked Guest Relations and then waited to talk to the department head. After a few more quick questions, I got a welcome packet and instructions on what to bring for my screening and orientation. I got the job!
- Can you tell me about a time you got great customer service?
- Tell me about a time you gave great customer service.
- What makes you want to work at a theme park?
