I applied online and got an interview confirmation email about 1 week later. When i got to the intervew they gave me a short math test (basic 3rd grade money math) and told me to just wait for a little bit. When it started the dude asked me around 4 questions then extended the job offer to me, i accepted and he gave me a packet of papers to sign (the basic "i agree to these terms" papers and a tax form) after you turn in the packet he gave me my discovery date, which is like your training class, and i pretty much drove home wuth a job. This whole process probably took around an hour.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. When you first get here, they'll give you a math test, which is really basic and shouldn't be tough for most people. After that, I had an interview where they asked me some simple questions. They wanted to know why I was interested in working at Six Flags, asked for an example of teamwork, and a time I really went the extra mile for a customer. If you just smile and are friendly, you'll likely get the job. They actually offered me the position right then and there.
