It was a round table thing with 5 of us interviewing. I don't mind group interviews, they actually make me feel more comfortable knowing others are just as nervous. I did pretty good, and they offered me the job.

This was a weird interview with a security supervisor and a loss prevention person. I learned more about them than they did about me. They really want people with criminal justice, security, or military experience. Bringing proof like relevant courses or incident reports makes you look more confident. They try to catch you off guard with questions. The loss prevention guy especially tests your patience with random questions about drinking. The whole setup felt impersonal, like a cattle call with long tables and supervisors facing candidates. You could hear everyone else's answers, even from different departments.

Interview was easy. Waited about 40 mins to get interviewed. After hired. Had to come back couple days later and do drug test. And also a loss prevention interview. They are asking u questions about loss prevention, anything on your record, trying to figure out what type of person you are. Then have to wait until they decide if they want to continue through processing.
