Customer Service Representative
This was my very first job application. A friend of mine was already employed at Magic Mountain in Valencia, and I was keen on joining them there. At the time, I didn't have any prior work experience. I only got as far as the initial communication about the interview.
- What times were you available to work?
Call Center Representative
Applied online. A few months later, I was called in for a group interview. We did some aptitude tests, and a few finalists were picked to go on to individual interviews. Once you're selected for the individual interview, you're pretty much hired, as long as you don't mess up.
- Tell me about your previous customer service experience.
Customer Care Representative
The people I interacted with were very kind and were quite open and clear about their expectations and what I could expect working there. Rhonda, who conducted the interview, was a very nice person and was kind from the very first minute.
