Customer Success Manager
I got a LinkedIn message and then had an HR screening call. It was a quick, very direct call, lasting about 12 minutes. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a cold and arrogant interview, quite painful. They said they wanted to see how I'd handle interacting with someone new and difficult. I rarely back out of roles this early, but the vibe from the company made me realize I wouldn't enjoy working there.
- The interviewer remained silent, waiting for me to initiate the questioning.
Customer Success Manager
I was invited for my first interview with HR over a month ago. The call was rescheduled multiple times but it went well and I was invited for a second interview, which was good and informative. My third interview was booked quickly but got rescheduled once. After that, I waited for a response on a final interview, following up a few times and was thanked for my patience. It's been almost a month and I still don't have an answer. I'm left feeling the company is very disorganized.

- What are the essential qualities for a Customer Success Manager?
Customer Success Manager
First, a quick call with the recruiter to set up a 1:1 interview with my direct manager and the Head of Support. After that, I'll take a PAPI personality test. Then, there's a second interview with the recruiter, my direct manager, and the CS director where they'll ask questions based on the test results.
- Can you tell me about your management style?
