The TA screen was good and gave a great overview of the business. The Hiring Manager interview was similar and a good fit was established. Both of these people were new to the business and part of a cultural change. The next stage was meeting the wider team, and that's when things got uncomfortable. They seemed like intense micro-managers with little interest in a positive or collaborative environment, and asked some very strange & inappropriate questions, much like the Glassdoor reviews mentioned. I saw too many red flags to continue.

The interview process was quick, and I got an offer right after. This company is growing fast, with new jobs opening up monthly. The interview was pretty easy and you get to meet senior management early on. It was a standard process, and they really sold the office environment well.

The interview process is very straightforward! You start off with a scheduled phone conversation with a recruiter. Sarah was very friendly and easy to converse with. She will tell you about the company/the role you specifically applied for as well as asks you about yourself, what you are looking for in a career etc. She does a great job making sure that your wants/needs are in line with what Siteimprove can offer. She is very passionate about the company and culture and does a good job relaying that excitement to her candidates. I could tell she really cared about placing the best fit candidate into the role and not just filling seats. Next up was a phone conversation with a sales director for an informational call and from there they will bring you in for a face to face interview. Sarah helped me prepare for the in-person interview by telling me what to expect/what most people have done in the past. I had a few questions come to me one weekend, when I sent an email asking, she replied right away! During your interview you will meet with a sales director/manager for a typical Q&A session. From there you will wrap up with the recruiter depending on how your face to face went. The final phase of the interview process was easy and streamlined. I would say Siteimprove has one of the best interview processes I've experienced.
