Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 rounds of interviews and then got ghosted after the final one. I tried following up many times and got no response, not even a basic acknowledgement of the delay. Finally, I got a call saying the company is restructuring and the hiring is paused. They said they'd be in touch in 1-2 weeks, but it's almost 4 weeks now and I've followed up twice with different people and still no reply. It's frustrating because I feel like I wasted my time preparing and doing well in the interviews, and I had a good impression of the company and team, but the lack of communication from talent acquisition has really soured that.

Really quick process, only 3 stages and then got offered right away. The interviewers were great and I got to meet one of the team members to get a feel for how the team operates. The manager who interviewed me was also a great guy.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole process was really bad. I had three interviews, each lasting 30 to 45 minutes. The first two rounds were okay, but the third one was strange because the interviewer, Rina, was really rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She asked me to sell their product in 10 seconds and kept cutting me off when I was answering most of her questions. After about 2 to 3 weeks and completing all three interview rounds, I was ghosted without any feedback or even a simple rejection email. The job itself sounded good, but their interview process could definitely be improved.
