Project Manager
The whole thing took about two and a half months, starting with an HR screening, then a case study that was pretty standard numerical/analytical stuff for this kind of job, and finally interviews with the hiring manager and some of the team.
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Why are you interested in this specific role?
HR Project Manager
I spoke with the recruiter and the manager. Unfortunately, the recruiter ghosted me and didn't provide any feedback on the recruitment process. It's a good thing we didn't proceed further because this shows a lack of interest in the candidate experience. I wonder how they treat their internal staff if this is how they treat potential hires (?). In any case, I wouldn't have moved forward since what I understood didn't spark any particular interest in the company, even though the role itself was interesting.
- What would you do if people in a project ignore your emails or don't respond?
Associate Project Manager
It was a two stage interview process. The first interview was a mix of face to face and a phone call with folks in the US. Then, there was a second interview which was also face to face and involved a call with someone from Ukraine. The first interview was with a local interviewer, and some people from Atlanta, US asked questions. The second interview happened three weeks after the first one, with the same local interviewer and an employee from Ukraine.
- Are you proficient in speaking and writing Russian?
