Went through 5 interviews over a couple months, and while I thought it went well, the HR team's lack of legal knowledge complicated things. It should have worked out, but due to HR's incompetence, I didn't get the job.

I went through 4 interviews over two months, and most of the people I met were nice. They really care about airline and operations knowledge here. HR asked typical questions. There was also a case study and I interviewed with some team members.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, there was a 45-minute phone screening with a recruiter. Then, I had a 1-hour call with the hiring manager. Finally, there was a 2-hour on-site interview. For the on-site, I had to prepare and present a use case along with 2 other candidates. During that same 2-hour on-site, I also had 1-on-1 interviews with 3 people from Product Management and Engineering.
