First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SITA.
Graduate Student
For this graduate role, you had to get through many rounds. First was a call with the recruiter, then a meeting with the manager, followed by a test case and presenting to the team, and finally an interview with other stakeholders. The whole thing went surprisingly fast and without much trouble.
- Was there anything strange or peculiar about the case study you observed?
Graduate Student
It was a short in-person interview, around 30-45 minutes. When I got to the company, I checked in at the reception and waited for the manager. It was more relaxed and friendly than I thought it would be. Since it's a graduate position, they probably don't expect a lot, just checking if you're a good fit. But I personally found it to be a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your language proficiencies, including English and any other languages you speak?
- Are you familiar with basic Excel functions?
- What are your thoughts on this role?
Graduate Assistant
HR called and set up an interview with the Hiring Managers. It was a really good conversation where we talked back and forth about the role, my abilities, career goals, and what they were looking for in a candidate.
- Tell me about yourself.
- How have you managed to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding project management setting?
- Can you give an example of a situation where waterfall project management would be appropriate?
