Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SITA.
Project Coordinator
The process consisted of two interviews, which were quite pleasant, although the feedback timing could be improved. The first interview was with HR, followed by an interview with the project area manager. Part of the interview was conducted in English, and another part in Spanish.
- Can you share your background and experience?
- What motivates you to join our company?
- What are your reasons for relocating to Barcelona?
Project Coordinator
I got a call from them and had my first interview over the phone. Then we scheduled a meeting. They told me it would be a quick 15-minute chat, but it ended up being 30 minutes with someone who would be my colleague if I got the job. The interview went well, and they said I'd be a great fit for their team. I have one more interview to go.
- What makes you the best choice among the candidates?
- What are your expectations from a manager and from this company?
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
Project Coordinator
The interview process felt pretty straightforward, maybe a bit challenging but not too much. Everyone was super helpful. They just wanted to make sure I'd be a good fit and add value, not cause any problems.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What did you do after graduating?
- How would you handle a situation like this?
