This job is for Gurgaon location, Interview Started with 1. Initial Screening call 2. Technical interview by Hiring Manager 3. HR Round by regional head 4. Selection confirmation from HR via Phone 5. Salary details Submission 6. Wait Wait Wait and no communication at all 7. after two months system generated mail for process is closed. I am trying to say this whole process from point 1 to 7 took almost 5 months. Sorry to say but cant believe big brand like SITA how can pursue such kind of Unprofessionalism. After Point 5 HR not even receiving call and mails provided same HR asked me to wait after confirming over call. (I also had a chat with HR and he confirmed selection on chat). feeling Sad as SITA was a dream company for me to work for. Hope they should improve on this.
