Recruiter reached out in Nov'17 for an initial chat about my skills and the job's requirements. After they did an initial screening, my CV went to the hiring manager. About a week later, I had a panel interview via Skype/phone. This interview focused on technical aspects of supply chain, customer order management, and SLA evaluation, along with exceptional and stress handling, and the process and difficulties of international execution. It lasted about 45 minutes. A week after that, HR contacted me for the HR round, which was mainly about integrity, ethics, handling stress, team management, dealing with conflicts, and adaptability to change. They also asked about my salary expectations. I received the offer letter a month later and had two months to accept and join.

I applied online and got a phone interview. Then I was invited for an onsite, but they had to reschedule it because one of the hiring managers had to travel. I sent a new time slot but never got a confirmation back. I ended up scheduling another onsite interview with a different company for that same day and let SITA know prior to the actual interview that I needed to reschedule for later. After that, I kept emailing them requesting a new onsite interview day, but nobody responded for about 3 weeks. Then, I received a generic rejection even though the interview process had been going great up to that point. The HR Manager was so unprofessional!

They really dug into my work history, wanting lots of specifics about every project I'd done. My Master's degree helped, but not having Azure experience was a dealbreaker.
