3 interviews: HR, N+1, and N+2. The interviews followed quickly and weren't complicated, they were mostly focused on skills. However, once those were done, radio silence for 3 weeks. You can follow up, they won't answer. They'll call you once the process is finished.

First a phone call to discuss motivations for the position, confirm administrative details (start date, work-study rhythm, etc.), and schedule a video interview with HR. Then, a Google Meet interview with HR (around 20 minutes). Finally, an interview at Sisley offices with the job supervisors (around 45 minutes).
