The recruitment process started well: a first call with HR, then a same-day callback for an interview with the manager. This was followed by a second conclusive interview leading to a final meeting with two colleagues. Then, complete silence. No response, despite a follow-up by email and phone. After several interviews and a significant time commitment, a simple feedback—even negative—would have been appreciated. This lack of consideration for candidates seems unfortunately common at Sisley, and contrasts VERY strongly with the high-end image the company wants to project. It says a lot about the internal culture and the respect given to potential talents.

I went through 4 interviews and one presentation to a panel. It was pretty intense and the hiring manager was really pushy to get things moving fast, like if I didn't reply within a few hours because I was working, they'd follow up. I get that sometimes it's just not a fit, but I never heard anything back or got any feedback. After the last interview, it was radio silence. The only way I knew I didn't get the job was seeing on LinkedIn that someone else was hired, and it was only one position. My whole experience was pretty bad because of this. But honestly, if they can't even be bothered to let you know you didn't get the job after 4 interviews, it was probably a good thing I didn't get it anyway.

Presentation Behavioral Technical

ghosted after giving a presentation - stay away from this company. It started off well, I met the hiring manager and they invited me to a second panel interview where I had to build a presentation with a strategy. I spent days working on it, and they ask you to send it ahead of time for their records. It seemed to go well, and an hour later they invited me to the final round with HR and the head of marketing. That also went well... then radio silence. No decision, no feedback, no respect. I learned my lesson, I'll never give away project work for free again. Decline or get paid for it. They were hiring for 2 positions and someone for the other one had the same experience. Companies like this are just using us for free ideas. What a waste of time. Also, the salary was low. HR asked my previous salary, and when I told her, she laughed and said that was impossible to get here and was very rude. Avoid.
