I interviewed for a position with the US team, even though the interview was in Israel. First, I had an HR interview via Google Meet with Adi, the recruiter. She was really nice and asked about my experience and personal projects, and also told me about the job and the company. She also asked about my salary expectations and told me what she thought they could pay, which I appreciated. Then, they set up a technical screen with the US team lead. The questions were in JavaScript and Python, and the interview was in English, which made it tough to communicate well. I tried my best, but only managed the first two questions fully and the third one partially. After more than two weeks, the recruiter called to say I didn't get it. She was very understanding and tried to help me figure out why. Overall, it was a good experience, even though it took about a month. The recruiter made it feel more respectful.

First, there was a phone call with the recruiter, then a tech screen, then I had an interview prep session with the recruiter. After that, it was a 4.5 hour on-site, which included a 30 minute break. Honestly, for the time they ask from candidates, I wish they would plan better. All my interview rounds ran late. The interviewers really lacked time management. I never even got my break. The on-site ended up being five hours for me, straight through what should have been my lunch. One round involved the interviewer presenting a problem, and it was obvious there was no way I could finish it in 45 minutes, especially with the terrible coding environment they chose for it. I was told it was a collaborative problem, but it felt more like they muted themselves and ignored me while expecting me to do hours of work in 45 minutes. From my perspective, the interview was done then, but I still had more to go. Is there a nice way to just end an interview and leave?

This was a really bad interview experience. Took them two months to get through the stages. I talked to 6 people in total. In the end, they ghosted me, didn't say if I got the job or not. I reached out but still no response, and it's been 4 months.
