The interview was over the phone and different from others I've had. It was the first time I wasn't asked about my CV, but was asked more challenging questions about the product. So, you should learn as much as you can about the product. I really liked this because it challenged me differently.

We had a really thorough interview process. First, I talked with someone from talent acquisition. Then, I met with the hiring manager. After that, I had a Skype interview with the SDR manager, and another Skype interview with the SDR Director. Next up was an interview with the director of sales, followed by checking references. Finally, I had a last interview with the hiring manager.

First, I had to answer three questions about the company, my motivation, and the job requirements. Then, there was a 10 to 15 minute phone call. The HR person was really nice and answered all my questions. But, the job description didn't match the offer on their page, so the conversation went south.
