Customer Success Manager
The interview process involved a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a peer interview that included a presentation, and an HR interview. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and the communication was honest and clear. It took about 4 weeks overall. The presentation instructions were clear, and the main thing is to do your research and be ready, as they want to see how you'd handle customer interactions.
- Can you share details about your background?
- How do you approach prioritizing your accounts?
- What is your average number of EBRs conducted?
Customer Success Manager
Had an initial chat with the hiring manager. After that, there were a bunch of interviews back to back on the same day, like 4 of them with the people I'd be working with. It was pretty cool that they grouped all the interviews together like that, made things move faster.
- Can you describe your leadership style?
- What's your approach to managing conflicting strong opinions between different teams?
- Share an example of when you've established partnerships with other departments.
Customer Success Manager
Started with a phone screen by a recruiter, then had two more calls with a CSM and a CSM lead. Following that, there were several hours of in-person interviews with the same CSM, other team members, and the VP of CSMs and HR. After the in-person interviews, I got a technical assessment that involved building a data model, a dashboard, and a presentation explaining my process and findings using their software. This took about 8 hours, which was unexpected as they said the CSM role wasn't technical. I sent thank you notes, and the VP replied saying they'd be in touch, but I never heard back and received no feedback on the project.
- What makes you interested in Sisense?
- Can you tell me about your experience with contract renewals?
- What's the maximum number of accounts you've managed concurrently?
