The interview process involved a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a peer interview that included a presentation, and an HR interview. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and the communication was honest and clear. It took about 4 weeks overall. The presentation instructions were clear, and the main thing is to do your research and be ready, as they want to see how you'd handle customer interactions.

Behavioral Group

Had an initial chat with the hiring manager. After that, there were a bunch of interviews back to back on the same day, like 4 of them with the people I'd be working with. It was pretty cool that they grouped all the interviews together like that, made things move faster.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Started with a phone screen by a recruiter, then had two more calls with a CSM and a CSM lead. Following that, there were several hours of in-person interviews with the same CSM, other team members, and the VP of CSMs and HR. After the in-person interviews, I got a technical assessment that involved building a data model, a dashboard, and a presentation explaining my process and findings using their software. This took about 8 hours, which was unexpected as they said the CSM role wasn't technical. I sent thank you notes, and the VP replied saying they'd be in touch, but I never heard back and received no feedback on the project.
