Account Executive
Did a short phone call, then an in-person meeting with the team and founders. The onsite had typical questions about my background, why I'm interested, and how I'd describe myself, plus some role-playing. Everyone seemed nice, but I got tired of the same generic responses to my own questions. They seemed happy, but it felt a bit exclusive. The founders' pitch for the offer wasn't convincing, and the pay was less than I hoped. That's why I passed. Also felt the first phone chat was pointless, like they were just reading from a script.
- What drives you?
- What makes you want to work in recruiting or tech recruiting?
- Can you share some of the challenges you've encountered?
Account Executive
It was a tough interview process, but I got a really good feel for the company. I learned a lot about the company, its culture, and the work itself. The founders, David and Natan, seem like great people who genuinely care about their team and the company's mission. They spent a good amount of time explaining why they started the company, what their values are, and the potential career growth over the next few years. They've developed some impressive technology that should really help Account Executives be more efficient in their roles. It looks like a fantastic place to work, and I wish them all the best.
- What gets you motivated each morning?
- What draws you to the idea of working at a startup?
- Can you share the most challenging obstacle you've faced and how you overcame it?
Account Executive
The interview process was very direct and concise. They gave a solid overview of the role's goals and expectations, which was helpful. Management is open, honest, and warm, wanting to see you succeed and grow. They are willing to help. Great leadership invests in their teams. The culture is healthy, positive, and upbeat with a focus on goals. Everyone I met greeted me openly and helped me get comfortable for the first few weeks, making new hires feel like they've been there for years. Beautiful office on Broadway with amazing views of the sunset daily!
