I applied for a role at SMU Academy and was surprised by how fast I heard back—within 1-2 days, I got an email to set up the first interview. This first interview was in person on campus and had two employees, one of them the team leader. The interviewers were nice and it lasted an hour. After about 1.5 weeks, I got an email inviting me to a second interview with the directors of SMU Academy via MS Teams. The interviewers were late, and though generally polite, they didn't ask many questions. Near the end, they seemed rushed and didn't ask if I had questions. I asked one, but their response felt weak. The interview was only about 30 minutes, and after another 1.5 weeks, I got an email about their decision on the job offer.

Applied for an opening with SMU Academy. The process had 3 rounds. Round 1 was a direct virtual chat with the team lead. Made it to Round 2, which was an in-person interview with the team lead and his colleagues. Kind of impressed them. Then made it to the final round, Round 3, which was online with the Exec Director and Deputy Director. Round 3 didn't go well, though. Was kind of thrown off guard by the atmosphere and I know I kind of blew it with my poor performance in round 3.
